Anything pinned for this week goes before new work.
Anything waiting on someone else gets a nudge before noon so it moves while you work.
Every card carries a single physical action. If you can't name it, the task is too big.

Turns on Fill with AI in New task: Claude reads the note and fills in the task's fields for you to check. Only the note, your section names and the map are sent, and only when someone presses the button.
For the whole team board. A safety net against runaway scripts; normal use never gets near them. Leave a box empty for the default.
A task waiting on someone counts the days. Past this many, its card glows softly and says to chase them. Leave the box empty for the default.
Lets people share a single vault item by an expiring link, even with someone who has no account. Each link is encrypted in the sharer's browser; the key is in the link itself, never on the server. Who may make them is also set per person in Users › Access.
Every company's compliance papers. Off for each person until you turn it on; change what they can do with Change.
No contacts yet. Add the outside people your tasks wait on: suppliers, lawyers, partners.
Who did what in the team's vaults, and when: added, edited, deleted, moved, shared and exported items, members and invites, sign-ins and Travel Mode. Kept for a year. The server keeps only the kind of event, who, which vault and when; item names never reach it, so they aren't shown here.
Nothing yet.
Shows on the tasks you're assigned, in History and on the team list. Without one, your initials show.
Once a day: what landed, what's due today or this week, what's flagged, and anything ready for a fresh date. Nothing is sent on days with nothing to say.
Short emails about tasks on the team board, at most one an hour. Personal tasks are never included.
A soft check when you finish a tile or a project. Kept very quiet, and only on this device.

Unlock with Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello or a fingerprint instead of typing your master password. Only on this device; your password still signs you in everywhere else.
Choose someone you trust who can ask for your vaults if something happens to you. You get an email and a notice straight away and can deny it; if you don't, access opens after the wait you choose. It stays end-to-end encrypted: they never get your master password.
Scan with your authenticator app, or enter this key:
Backup codes: each works once if you lose your phone. They're shown only now.
Crossing a border, or lending a laptop? Travel Mode takes every vault that isn't marked Safe for travel off all your signed-in devices: this browser, the extension, everywhere. They aren't deleted: they stay safely on the server, and come back when you turn Travel Mode off here on the website, signing in again with your master password and your two-step code.
While it's on, nobody using your devices can see those vaults or change which ones travel. Admins can see that it's on, but can't turn it off for you.
Your Personal vault travels unless you switch it off. Shared vaults stay home unless you switch them on.
Only a tiny scrambled scrap of each password (5 characters) is sent to Have I Been Pwned; your passwords never leave this device. Results stay on this device, locked, and are checked again each week.
Links you've made to single items, while they still open. Revoking one stops it straight away.
No active links. Open an item and choose Share link to make one.
A plain-text CSV of the vaults you can update. Delete it when you're done.
Passkeys and documents aren't included: a passkey's private key never leaves your vault in plain text.
Saves and fills passwords as you browse. Signing in here signs it in too.
Locks after 8 hours without activity. Lock keeps you signed in; Sign out removes your account from this browser.
